Fitness Participation & Movement Modifications:

Participation in fitness programs and physical activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. The Activation Effect® offers movement modifications and alternative exercises when appropriate to accommodate different fitness levels, abilities, and individual needs. Participants are encouraged to exercise within their personal capabilities, use appropriate equipment and a suitable exercise space, and consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate. Not all activities are suitable for everyone, and modifications do not eliminate all risks.

Parent & Guardian Disclosure:

For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian is required to attend The Activation Effect® Complimentary Introductory Session before the youth participant begins the program. After the introductory session, parents and legal guardians are always welcome to be present during classes and program sessions but are not required to participate or remain present. The decision regarding a parent or legal guardian’s presence and supervision during sessions is at the discretion and responsibility of the parent or legal guardian.
