A Full-Body Workout Designed for Different Fitness Levels
Exercise doesn't have to be complicated to be worthwhile.
Our adult fitness classes incorporate a variety of movements designed to challenge different areas of physical fitness, including muscular strength, endurance, balance, coordination, and mobility.
Each class includes a guided warm-up, an engaging workout, and a cool-down, with opportunities to adjust movements based on experience and comfort.
The goal isn't to keep up with everyone else. It's to discover what works for your body, enjoy the process, and create a routine you look forward to.
A Full-Body Workout Designed for Different Fitness Levels
Rebounding involves performing controlled movements on a small fitness trampoline, also known as a rebounder. Unlike exercising on a stationary floor, the flexible surface responds to your movement, creating a different experience for balance, coordination, and body awareness.
Depending on the exercise, participants may perform gentle weight shifts, controlled bouncing, marching, or other movements that introduce variety and new movement challenges.
A rebounder is completely optional. Floor-based alternatives are available throughout the workout.
